The short version
Grafo does not sell your personal information. Smart-home access is provided through Apple frameworks, and supported app data may sync through your private iCloud account.
Information Grafo handles
- Home and accessory information: With your permission, Grafo can display and control homes, rooms, accessories, and their status through Apple HomeKit.
- App data: Spaces, room organization, preferences, automations, favorites, and activity created in Grafo may be stored on your device and synced through your private iCloud database when iCloud is available.
- Selected photos: A photo you choose for a space cover is used for that purpose and may be included in your private iCloud sync.
- Notifications: Your notification preferences and device alerts are processed to provide the features you enable.
Apple Home and Matter
Accessory discovery, permissions, and pairing are handled by Apple HomeKit and Matter system services. Grafo receives only the access allowed by iOS. Setup codes are not collected or stored by Grafo.
Face ID
Face ID may protect sensitive actions such as changing a lock or security mode. Authentication is performed by iOS. Grafo receives only the success or failure result and never receives biometric data.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The current version of Grafo does not include third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Sharing and service providers
Grafo does not sell your data. Apple services such as HomeKit, iCloud, notifications, Siri, and Shortcuts may process information under Apple’s terms and privacy policy when you use those features.
Retention and deletion
App data remains on your device or in your private iCloud account until you remove it, delete the app data, or disable the related service. HomeKit data can be managed in the Apple Home app and iOS Settings.
Children’s privacy
Grafo is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
